Senior Marketing Officer
Position: Senior Marketing Officer.

Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Officer will support the planning, execution, and management of the Foundation’s marketing and communication strategy across its initiatives: the Amman Institute of Performing Arts (AIPA), the Amman Chamber Orchestra (ACO), and Sarab Dance Collective. This role blends strategic planning, digital expertise, and event promotion to strengthen the Foundation’s brand, grow audiences, and maintain strong partnerships with local and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with the Foundation’s mission and goals.
- Support brand identity management, ensuring consistency in messaging and design.
- Monitor market trends and audience behaviour to guide campaign strategies.
- Digital Marketing & Communications
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, and email.
- Plan and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), optimising for ROI.
- Produce bilingual (English/Arabic) content for digital and print platforms.
- Maintain and update the Foundation’s websites (GoDaddy hosting and WordPress CMS), ensuring smooth functionality, content accuracy, and good user experience.
- Track performance analytics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Events & Program Marketing
- Assist in the promotion of concerts, cultural programs, and institutional events.
- Coordinate logistics with production and stage management teams for successful events.
- Support vendor, agency, and media relations to maximise visibility.
- Partnerships & Outreach
- Work with schools, embassies, cultural organisations, and sponsors to expand audience reach.
- Support partnership initiatives that generate growth opportunities.
Administration & Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams across artistic, educational, and operational areas.
- Manage small budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective outcomes.
- Support external vendors, designers, and agencies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in cultural, creative, or non-profit sectors.
- Strong background in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, analytics).
- Hands-on experience with GoDaddy and WordPress for hosting, CMS management, and content updates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to coordinate events and manage campaigns from start to finish.
